About the event

Artist Zoef Mashaldina, who currently works and resides at Greylight Projects, organises exhibition ‘Pharmakon’. The opening is on 23 March with a festive programme: ‘Pharmakon Festival’. Following this, the exhibition will be open weekly on Thursdays to Saturdays and on appointement from 28 March to 21 April. There will be an additional programme of public events. Keep an eye on the website for this and more updates.

The programme of the Pharmakon exhibition is typified by coming together, sharing and connecting, with music and food as the means. The activities take place in an intimate setting where vulnerability and connection, such as when sharing food or moving to music, are central. In this way, Mashaldina aims to create a collaboration, where the event is not just an exhibition of individual works, but more than that. The opening moment, on 23 March, will take the form of a festival, a festive moment that serves as a celebration and is all about making connections. Mashaldina sees the programming of this opening moment as a coming together of artworks, performances and those involved. It is open to a wide audience.
